Keir Harding is an Occupational Therapist who has worked in mental health for 17 years and specialised in Personality Disorder over the past 10. He is a DBT therapist, has won awards for his work in Day Therapeutic Communities and has a PGDip in Working with Personality Disorder. He works within the NHS and at beamconsultancy.co.uk
But… Keir has made every mistake it is possible to make in this area. He has ruined relationships, made people worse and collected a number of justifiable complaints. This site is certainly not the recommendations of an exemplar practitioner. Instead this is perhaps a place to learn from what he found difficult, to taste some ideas about what might work and to share some of the tricks and tips that help him feel effective.
